Nearly Christmas!
I've been so busy over the last few weeks that I've not had a chance to put anything up in here. To make up for that I'm gonna post all the most recent things that I've made :)
My mum bought herself a Kobo for Christmas (from my dad) and asked me to make her a case to keep it in, in the style of a duvet set she likes - Union Jack duvet set
Then of course I had to follow suit and bought myself a Kindle (which is amazings!) so I made myself a Nyan pop tart cat cover
My baby roller skates have been selling like hot cakes over in my Etsy shop and these lovely brightly coloured ones are just one of the many custom requests
I've finally finished the Nyan cat scarf which I've been working on for about 6 days...so many orders such little time
On Tuesday 6th December we celebrated my housemates 30th birthday by going on a lovely shopping trip to Brighton. Because he complains about having a cold face when he shaves off his beard I made him this rather fetching crocheted beard
I've even had a little play with Photoshop and made myself a little custom listing picture for the Etsy shop, not bad for a photoshop'phobe
So ummmm...yeah I've been pretty busy and although I've had 10 days holiday from work I think I've been busier than what I thought I had. Oh well, best get on with getting myself ready for work tomorrow

Movember
During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of moustaches on thousands of men’s faces in the UK and around the world. The aim of which is to raise vital funds and awareness for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. What is Movember?
Movember is the month formerly known as November, where men and women across the globe join together to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues.
In 2010, over 111,825 UK Mo Bros and Mo Sistas got on board, raising £11.7 million. There were some weird and wonderful moustaches grown throughout the month - check out your Mo photos
And this year, Moustache season is about real men growing real moustaches. And talking about real issues. Face grown, hand brushed, crafted with pride.
Register individually or as a team at http://www.movember.com
To celebrate and support Movember I've been making crocheted 'taches on sticks. If there is enough wants/needs I will post up the pattern so you can make your own...or I can make one for you for the tiny sum of £5.
Crocheted 'tache on a stick...for children, women who feel let down by nature or men or can't grow their own.
Comes in light brown, medium brown, dark brown or black
